Here are our planned events for 2008.

February
- Fundraising Auction - A Fundraising Auction will be held at the end of the General Meeting. We will auction nice household items which members and guests bring from home. Guests and friends are very much invited!

- Valentine’s Day Lunch - We will have lunch at Mocambo Seafood Restaurant in celebration of Valentine’s Day on Thursday, February 14th. Members, friends and family are welcome. The cost is $189 MXP and includes the buffet and a beer or other beverage. Meet at Mocambo at 2 pm. Mocambo is located in the Hotel Zone at Playa Caracol, across from Plaza Caracol.

March
- Women’s Day Lunch - A lunch will be organized to celebrate International Women’s Day, which takes place on March 8th.

April
- Guest Speaker - We will have a guest speaker at our General Meeting, details will be announced later.

- Annual Book Sale - The Annual Book Sale will be held during April. All book donations should be brought to the General Meeting on Saturday, March 1st.

- Auction & Hat Contest - Our 25th Anniversary auction and hat contest will be held in April.

May
- Guest Speaker - We will have a guest speaker at our General Meeting, details will be announced later.

- Mother’s Day Lunch - A lunch will be arranged in celebration of Mother’s Day.

June
- Guest Speaker - We will have a guest speaker at our General Meeting, details will be announced later.

July
- No General Meeting - There is no General Meeting in July or August.

- 4th of July Party - Our annual 4th of July party will be organized.

August
- No General Meeting - There is no General Meeting in July or August.

- Breakfast - We will organize a breakfast during August.

September

- Guest Speaker - We will have a guest speaker at our General Meeting, details will be announced later.

- Talent Show - In October we will hold a talent show featuring the best acts from local schools.

November

- Holiday Tea - In early December we hold our annual Holiday Tea.
